 To God be the Glory, the NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL OF NIGERIA is doing greatly well than Yesterday most especially in our blessed Senatorial District, the standard is sets and not compromised.  All our Local Governments are up and doing under the leadership of Resourceful Coordinators, may the Lord continue to lead us right.  Challenges : As good as Ogun West Senatorial District of the National Youth Council of Nigeria are doing (THE MOTHER/UMBRELLA BODY OF ALL YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS IN OGUN WEST SENATORIAL DISTRICT), we are still lacking some important resources which could have enable achieve more if we have: - BUS - With the series of Programs and Movement Across the Senatorial District, challenges of transportation always affects us in terms of Mobilization😄.  - Funding - No Periodic (Monthly/Quarterly) Funding for the Senatorial and the Local Branches unlike some of other senatorial and Local government branches are benefitting of course we are doing our best and ...

HON.SAMUEL SUNDAY OJOAWO COMMENDS NIGERIAN GOVERNORS AS THEY AGREED TO ALLOCATE 15% OF ANNUAL BUDGET TO RESCUE EDUCATION SYSTEM IN NIGERIA.UN HIGHLIGHTED ONE OUT OF THREE NIGERIAN CHILDREN OUT OF SCHOOLS.

HON.SAMUEL SUNDAY OJOAWO COMMENDS NIGERIAN GOVERNORS AS THEY AGREED TO ALLOCATE 15% OF ANNUAL BUDGET TO RESCUE EDUCATION SYSTEM IN NIGERIA.UN HIGHLIGHTED ONE OUT OF THREE NIGERIAN CHILDREN OUT OF SCHOOLS.  According to the report from one of Nigeria News paper today Saturday 12th, October 2024 which coined the headline" Nigeria Governors agreed to allocate 15% of annual Budget to Education as United Nations says one in three Nigerian children out of school." State governors have committed to setting aside 15 percent of their annual budgets to fund the education sector. The United Nations recommends that its member states earmark four to six percent of their GDP or 15 to 20 percent of public expenditure (annual budget) to fund education. Many countries, including Nigeria, have yet to reach this threshold. The Nigerian Governors Forum (NGF) hosted its first international conference on girl child education on October 10 and 11, 2024. After a royal visit to the Onimeko of Imeko Oba Benjamin Alabi Olanite, the name was changed and the change marked a new era.  "Since its inception in 2019 and formal establishment in 2020, the Imeko Progressive Youth Alliance has achieved numerous milestones through teamwork. Our notable programs include: Youth Development Summit 2020 Security Summit 2021 Community Engagement 2022: Collaborations with influential leaders like Iyaloja and her team, visitation to NTA Imeko, Meeting with the Council of Balogun in Imeko town among others.
