Imeko-Isale Youths commend Sen. ADEOLA Olamilekan Solomon Yayi for his efforts in facilitating various projects in Imeko

The Imeko-Isale Youth and community leaders commended Senator Adeola Olamilekan Solomon Yayi for his efforts in facilitating various projects across Ogun West Senatorial District, particularly in Imeko Township. They praised the senator's projects as modern and of high standard, befitting the current era.

However, the community expressed concerns about the ongoing road project at Onimeko Palace Road, said it is substandard compared to other projects facilitated by Senator Yayi. The youth spokesperson emphasized that their recent walk on March 18 was not politically motivated but rather aimed at bringing attention to the issue.


The community leaders described the engineer in charge of the project as stubborn and unresponsive to community advice. They urged Senator Yayi to reassign the project to a company that can deliver quality work.



The community's primary concern is ensuring that the project meets the high standards set by Senator Yayi's previous initiatives. They hope that by bringing attention to the issue, they can work together with the senator to find a solution that benefits the community.

Imeko Youth Seek Federal Government’s Intervention to Establish National Park at Amule Rock

  ‎ Youths of Imeko community in Ogun State have called on the Federal Government of Nigeria to establish a National Park at the historic Amule Rock , Imeko , in order to preserve its cultural, environmental, and historical significance . The youths also appealed to the Ogun State Government to urgently develop the site into a standard tourist center capable of attracting visitors from within and outside the country. ‎Speaking during a community engagement held in Imeko, the youth spokesman described Amule Rock as a vital cultural landmark that represents the identity, traditions, and heritage of the Imeko people .
