Hon. Olasunkanmi Samuel Fagbohun Officially Declares Intent to Contest for Imeko-Afon State Assembly Seat in 2027 ‎

 


‎Hon. Olasunkanmi Samuel Fagbohun has officially declared his intention to contest for the House of Assembly seat representing Imeko-Afon State Constituency. The declaration was made during a strategic meeting held with the Local Government Chairman and Executive Members at the All Progressives Congress (APC) Secretariat in Imeko.

‎In his address, Hon. Fagbohun reaffirmed his deep connection to the constituency, describing himself as a proud son of the soil who understands both the challenges confronting the people and the vast opportunities available for development. He emphasized his aspiration to serve as a servant-leader, committed to prioritizing the needs and welfare of the people.

‎Highlighting the significance of the upcoming 2027 elections, he described it as a defining moment for the future of Imeko-Afon. In his words:

‎"I believe that this role will enable me to make a meaningful impact. I am committed to listening to your concerns and working tirelessly to address them."
‎Hon. Fagbohun also reiterated his loyalty to the All Progressives Congress (APC), expressing readiness to align fully with the party’s vision and values. He pledged to collaborate closely with party members and stakeholders to strengthen the party’s influence and advance its agenda within the constituency.

Imeko Youth Seek Federal Government’s Intervention to Establish National Park at Amule Rock

  ‎ Youths of Imeko community in Ogun State have called on the Federal Government of Nigeria to establish a National Park at the historic Amule Rock , Imeko , in order to preserve its cultural, environmental, and historical significance . The youths also appealed to the Ogun State Government to urgently develop the site into a standard tourist center capable of attracting visitors from within and outside the country. ‎Speaking during a community engagement held in Imeko, the youth spokesman described Amule Rock as a vital cultural landmark that represents the identity, traditions, and heritage of the Imeko people .
